المؤهلات المطلوبة :
• University degree at a minimum, with a graduate degree preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in managing and working in Human Resources field.
• Preferable to have experience in two or more of the following areas: human resources management, organizational development, law, business, compensation, staffing.
• Possess excellent verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills
• Should have knowledge of USAID rules and regulation, Yemeni labor laws and other appropriate legislation that affects international NGO’s working in the country.
• Ability to strategically plan and organize work effectively to meet established guidelines.
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
• Strong ability to problem-solve and resolve issues in a proactive professional way.
• Ability to handle complicated multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient at using Microsoft office software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
