GAC-Aden is a newly established computer & language center in Enma city, Aden announces job vacancy: Administrative Assistant
Main tasks:
1. Reception
2. Basic office management
3. Basic accountancy duties
4. Organize timetable of courses
5. Organize placement tests of courses
6. Registration of students
The Admin. Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties and tasks– but not limited to – including:
Meet and interact with students and employees.
Organize courses: (announcements, placement tests, certificates, timetable, fees…etc.)
Give information and interpretations of policies or procedures related to center activities.
Establish, maintain and monitor accurate, neat and efficient electronic and manual filing systems
Prepare letters, memoranda, reports and bulletins.
Writing meetings minutes.
Assist in the orientation and training of the teachers and employees.
Gather and prepare appropriate attendance/accounting information.
Maintain neat and clean center.
Other relevant duties as required.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in English or any relevant discipline
2. Previous experience is preferred But Not Required
3. Fluent in English language
4. Excellent computer skills
5. Very good knowledge of using MS Office programs especially Word and Excel
6. Willingness to learn and develop
7. High sense of commitment
8. Very good knowledge of using email and deal with social media (Facebook, twitter, and Youtube…etc.)
9. Basic knowledge of using office tools (fax, photocopier, scanner)
10. Preferably resides in Enma city.
